Our Structure

1. General Assembly – meets annually after the General Assembly’s 2nd meeting in the year and the Governing Board’s 4th meeting for the year
2. Board of Trustees/Advisers – ideally meets twice a year, every six months
3. Governing Board – ideally meets quarterly in stable times and bi-monthly over an intervention project.
4. Governing Board Committees – ideally meet quarterly, 2 weeks ahead of Governing Board Committee
5. Management Committee – ideally meets monthly.

For reasons of diversity and inclusivity, number of the members of the Board of Trustees, Governing Board and Management committees have equitable representation with considerations of the 3 senatorial districts represented at each level. Other diversity and inclusivity factors are gender, age group, tribe, field of specialty, faith and skills.
